Reeve Union is pleased to provide Catering & Food services for meetings, gatherings and all kind of events. All services are provided by Sodexho Food services. Our experienced staff is capable of creating the right menu and atmosphere for your event. Early planning for your event will enhance your experience. For this reason, we ask that you provide at least ten working days notice. After you identify your special date, please call to determine space availability. The Reservationist on campus will schedule your reservation and assist in the coordination of tables, chairs and audio-video needs.

The Campus Dining Contractor, Sodexho Services, has exclusive rights to provide food service catering for UW Oshkosh. If individuals or organizations would prefer not to use Sodexho for small caterings (under $100) they may use the several pre-approved restaurants and caterers listed in the Use of Off-Campus Food Vendors Policy.
