Reeve Union & University Dining
Application Process: Reeve Memorial Union and University Dining Services offer a variety of student employment opportunities. Student Assistants play a valuable role on the Union/Dining team by helping to provide services needed and requested by our customers. Fulfillment of student employee responsibilities contributes to the success of events and programs sponsored by Reeve Union as well as other departments and organizations. Student Assistants gain lifelong skills from their experiences in Reeve Memorial Union, and create many new friendships within the Union community.
Qualifications: To qualify for and continue employment with Reeve Memorial Union/University Dining, you must:
- Be enrolled at least half time (6 credits)
- Earn and maintain a minimum GPA of 2.0 (some positions require a higher GPA)
- Demonstrate good customer service, human relations, and communication skills
Students may apply for employment by applying
online or completing an application form
(available at Titan
Central in Reeve Union). Applications will be forwarded to the appropriate
supervisor for consideration and further contact.
Position Changes: Student Assistants are encouraged to apply for positions in other areas of Reeve Union as they become available by following the standard application and interview process. Preference is generally given
Sodexho
Application Process: Sodexho is a contracted company providing Food Service to the University, and also has employment opportunities available. Sodexho conducts a recruitment and hiring process separate from Reeve Union and University Dining.
